  • We may request photographs or evidence to support your claim.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to management’s review.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after the order is prepared or delivered.

  • Dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences (unless due to a mistake on our part).

  • Items that are partially consumed.
