Refunds are only considered for incorrect or unsatisfactory orders.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We may request photographs or evidence to support your claim.
2. Refund Process
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to management’s review.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Change of mind after the order is prepared or delivered.
Dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences (unless due to a mistake on our part).
Items that are partially consumed.
